Most businesses don't have a strategy problem. They have an execution gap.
You know roughly where you want to go. The problem is the distance between that and where you actually are — and the systems, decisions, and structures that are either closing that gap or widening it.
We work with CEOs and business owners to redesign how their business operates: processes, technology, decision-making, and digital infrastructure — together, as one coherent system.
This is not consulting. It is transformation with a plan, deliverables, and a partner who stays until the work is done.
One-time engagements, ongoing advisory, and everything in between. We work with the scope that fits where you are.
You've probably worked with consultants before. You know how it usually ends.
A report arrives. It describes your business accurately. It identifies the problems you already knew about. It recommends things that make sense in theory.
And then the consultant leaves. And nothing changes.
Not because the thinking was wrong. Because thinking and doing are two different disciplines, and most advisory work stops at the edge of the first one.
We work differently.
Every engagement produces tangible deliverables — not opinions, but documents, systems, and implementations your business can actually use.
And where the work requires technology — software, automation, AI tools, digital infrastructure — we don't refer you to someone else. We build it.
That combination is rare. It is also exactly what most growing businesses need.
Strategy is only worth something when it connects to execution.
We help business owners redesign their organizations using three lenses simultaneously:
Business Architecture
How your model, processes, and value streams are structured. Where value is created, where it leaks, and what the operating logic of the business actually is.
Technology
Which tools, systems, and automations will accelerate what you're trying to do — not as a separate IT project, but as part of how the business runs.
Decision-Making
How you and your leadership team operate, prioritize, and stay aligned. The operating discipline that determines whether strategy becomes action or stays on a slide.
These three things are usually treated separately. A business coach handles mindset. An IT firm handles software. A strategy consultant handles the slides. None of them talk to each other. We treat them as one system. Because in a real business, they are.
A structured program. Clear deliverables.
No ambiguity about what you're getting. The program is built around five modules — not every engagement uses all five.
Diagnostic & Business Mapping
2–3 weeksThe starting point. Always.
Before anything can be redesigned, it has to be understood. We spend 2–3 weeks mapping your business as it actually operates — not as it appears on paper. Current operations, decision flows, revenue streams, technology in use, bottlenecks, and where value is being created or lost.
Also available as a standalone engagement. Also the first phase of every web development project.
Strategic Redesign
3–4 weeksRebuild the model. On purpose.
Once we know what's actually happening, we redesign it. A practical redesign of your business model, operating structure, and processes — with specific decisions about what to keep, what to change, what to automate, and what to stop doing entirely. Every recommendation is tied to your specific situation, not a generic playbook.
Follows Module 1.
Implementation & Execution Support
4–12 weeks depending on scopeThe work most advisory relationships skip.
The roadmap is built. Now it has to happen. We stay alongside you through implementation — helping your team adopt new systems, integrating tools, configuring automation, and removing the obstacles that always appear between a plan and its execution. Where implementation requires software, we build it.
Weekly working sessions + hands-on implementation + team training.
Leadership & Decision Systems
4–6 weeksHow you operate at the top determines everything below it.
Strategy and systems can only go as far as the leadership operating model allows. This module works directly with CEOs and founders on the operating discipline of leadership: how decisions are made, how priorities are set, how the team is kept aligned, and how the business is measured.
CEO coaching sessions + framework design + implementation support.
Continuous Optimization
Monthly retainerOngoing partnership. Not a one-time engagement.
Monthly advisory for businesses that are executing and want someone with deep knowledge of their operations — who can identify what's drifting, what's improving faster than expected, and where the next level of growth requires a structural adjustment. Not a reporting relationship. A working relationship.
2–4 sessions per month + async availability.
You don't have to take the whole program.
Start where the leverage is. Here are the most common entry points.
"I need clarity before I commit to anything."
→ Start with Module 1 (Diagnostic & Business Mapping) as a standalone.
You get the Transformation Blueprint. If it makes sense to continue, we build the roadmap together. If not, you have something valuable regardless.
"I know the problem. I need help redesigning and building."
→ Modules 1 + 2 + 3 — the core transformation program.
Diagnostic, redesign, and execution support, sequenced and delivered as one engagement. The most common path for businesses making a meaningful operational change.
"The business is running. I want a thinking partner at the top."
→ Module 4 + Module 5 — Leadership system and ongoing advisory.
For CEOs who don't need a full redesign, but want rigorous, ongoing strategic support from someone who understands both business and technology.
"We're building a new website or digital product and want to do it right."
→ Module 1 paired with a web development project.
The Diagnostic shapes what gets built. The web project delivers it. The $2,500 cost of the Diagnostic is applied as a credit toward the build.
See /websites for details →"My team needs to understand this. Can you run a workshop?"
→ Focused workshop on a specific topic.
AI adoption, operational redesign, decision systems, digital transformation strategy. One or two days. Structured. Actionable outcomes.
Most advisors recommend tools. We build them.
When your business needs a dashboard, we build it.
When you need an internal automation, we implement it.
When your customer-facing operation needs an AI layer — like a WhatsApp agent for your business — we have one ready. See RELATE AI →
An advisor who can't build will always stop at the recommendation. You then have to find a developer, brief them on a strategy they weren't part of, and hope the translation doesn't lose something critical.
We close that gap by design.
We work well with a specific kind of business owner.
You're a good fit if
- You're a CEO or founder of a company with 5–100 people
- You're scaling and the current operating model is starting to strain
- You've tried fixing parts of the business separately, and the parts aren't connecting
- You want to modernize how the business runs — with technology as a tool, not a project
- You're willing to do the work, not just commission a report
- You make decisions and you move fast when you have clarity
Probably not the right fit if
- You want validation for decisions already made
- You need a report to show to a board or investors (we produce those, but it's not the work)
- You're looking for the cheapest option
- You're not willing to be challenged on how the business currently operates
We take on a limited number of advisory clients at a time. The work requires depth and access — neither is possible at volume.
Clear pricing. No retainer traps.
No vague "investment" language.

Most consultants deliver analysis and recommendations. We deliver analysis, recommendations, and implementation. The distinction matters: a roadmap without execution support is an expensive document. We stay engaged until the systems are running. We also bring a technology layer most business consultants don't have — not as an add-on, but as a core competency. When the strategy calls for a digital tool, we build it.
No. Most clients start with one or two modules and expand based on what they find most valuable. The most common path is Modules 1 and 2 (Diagnostic + Redesign), with Module 3 (Implementation) added when the roadmap is clear. Modules 4 and 5 are for clients who want deeper or longer-term partnership.
Module 1 requires roughly 4–6 hours of your time over 2–3 weeks — structured working sessions plus document review. The subsequent modules require more involvement during design phases, less during implementation. We do the heavy lifting. Your job is to make decisions and provide context.
Yes. All engagements are designed to work fully remote — structured video sessions, shared documents, and async availability between sessions. For workshops with larger teams, on-site is preferred but not required.
The program is designed for companies with 5–100 people. Smaller companies often have the highest leverage from this kind of work — a single structural change can have outsized impact when the business is still forming its habits. If you're below 5 people, the Standalone Diagnostic (Module 1) is usually the right place to start.
Concretely: dashboards, automations, CRM configurations, internal tools, data pipelines, AI integrations, workflow systems. What gets built depends on what the redesign calls for. If your roadmap identifies that you need a customer portal, we build it. If it identifies that your team needs a project tracking system, we configure it. We don't recommend and disappear — we stay until the thing works.
Yes — and it produces better results than doing them separately. The Business Diagnostic (Module 1) is the first phase of every web project we take on. When we understand the business before we start designing the site, what we build is grounded in how the business actually operates. See /websites for how the two engagements connect.
The first conversation is free. And it's actually useful.
We spend 45 minutes understanding your business — where it is, where you want it to go, and where the biggest gaps are. You leave with a clear perspective on whether and how we can help, and what the right starting point is.
No pitch. No proposal unless you ask for one.
